loved it, well can't really say anything other since dear hol was planning... nah but it ws really nice. forest good, course good and leg good for a good part of it, only from 19 - fnish ws it hurting! only down side was effects felt after

cycle out to the pentlands with bex went along the canal then up through currie and down past resevoiralong road back. was so nice weather lovely, company good, bike not s great going down hill but hands surrvived

along the coast, in the mudflats for the first bit which was interesting then above the cliffs and back through the woods, feeling really tired but 2 hours of the name game and then and hour of 20 questions with rowan, jen and ellie kept me going :)
