well the second half was pretty gd but the first half letmyself down. so good technically yest got annoyed with myself cause was just being so stupid, 1,3,5,7? i think were all sub average but was happy to kinda put the first half behind me and kinda move on in the second which was nice. a really nice course tho and love the area as before. worked out about 8 mins of definate time loss with maybe alittle more. ahh well some good points and some bad :)

Felt pretty calm, really enjoyed it. pretty much totally clean just hesitation time loss, felt like i was going pretty slos was happily surprised with result :)

FWTN, well deffinately mantally trsting, always had to b planning ahead but problem was i could only plan ahead when i got to a light, this did mean control flow was gd cause there was no point on stopping as couldn't c anything anyways.

well couldn't hav been more different from yest! felt like i had alot more speed butmy nav just wasn't keepin up with me. don't know what was wrng, gonna do some more analsys of this, kept confusing myself for no reasons and nothing seemed to be working.

individual. nav was gd,mayb 1 or 2 iffy route choices but other than tha really happy with how clean i kept it, steady speed, got abit frustated ith lack of speed but got time to build on this:)

felt mega slow but my hr was still really high. o-ing fine, just abit slow in the circle, brain not really working that well. felt pretty shit after and didn't eat much lunhc, but then hollies birthdy dinner and party and made up for the lack of food there :)

had to run from pollock down to kb as i cut the time abit fine and hayden gave me the wrong code for his bike so i couldn't use it, poo. so yeh was nice and warm wheni got there.

food poisonig of some sort from the weekend, don't think i've felt this bad in a long time, lost 3kg in a day, feeling pretty weak.
