got dads exercise mat outside and did a wee session in the sun :) was very relaxing and rather enjoyable!

Got up bright and earily and went for a cycle in the sun. stopped at the top of the hill, looking over glasgow and had a wee drink of water. Was a very nice outing.

ahhh such a beautiful day!! drove up to balfron, played hockey at possibly one of the nicest hockey pitches in the UK(except the goals), WON, had t's on the grass, got ice cream, drove hom ein the sun with the windows down!

won 4-1 against irvine! they were like 30 year old woman actin like 15 years girls with serious atitude problems! they were rubbish sportswoman, i was not happy!

was using lots of spray paint in art 2day and dind't realise how much those toxins get to you. i've had a sore head ever since lunch time! i'll remember to open a window next time!

had some energy left at the end of the day so went out to the drive and did some intense skipping, at first i was like yeh 15mins but god it was harder than i thought, as you can see only 7 mins.

Sosol at Binning wood. really did about 8.5km i worked out but so much green just had to run round it all. forgot my obox so no compass. worked will as don't use it that much anyways but just no security kinda thing. had to keep track of things all the time.

was a good match means we stay on top by about 7 points i think! played sweeper for a bit in the second half while talking/ shouting to jen to tell her what to do as center mid :-)

got the cable for the ar so the ipod works! however it took jen and kinda me the whole way there and half they way bac to find out how to get it working!

knew had to go outside but considering they have a proper 7s team was obv we would loose but maybe not by soo much!

was such a nice day, came home from school early so i want out in the sun to the moor and did some hills on diagonal path! was in short and t-shirt for the fist time this year and not even that, i was hot!

2XI training, thought i was going to rain but didn't luckly orwise i would just not hav been bothered and not really tried! was a good session tho, keeoing the pace up but dind't realise just hw much we chat and how little we do in 90mins.

sprint practice round stirling town. route choice first then a line course.. and then just a short sprint to put everything together! not ran on the map before, was acctually really nice abit confusing in some places

down-o from top of the hill back down to the bottom! was such a lovely time as snowing and beautiful. was concentrating on first 3 controls which i took stedy and did fine on.

just kind of guessed the time to run up the hill to the start! had to cross a deer fence and afew other obsticles. then we sat in the luminous yellow thing to keep warm before we started!

usual scotjos relay at the end of the weekend1 think i was with a boy called daniel but don't remember really. he was good tho, i wasn't too bad i supposed but wore 2 jackets on the first loop as was so cold and then took one off for the second loop as was getting a bit hot eventhough i couldn't feel me fingers. took me so long to warm up after.

oleg was planning so the training was pretty damn good! first pairs exercise with kirsty. wasn't going too fast but was clean!

after the pairs exercise we did a wee sprint. was tired so made mistakes which was good as then knew what to work on! raining alot and heart rate really high for oace i was going at.

2nd leg on mens short. was alright a few wee hesitations but didn't know who was on course so didn't get distracted much.

warmed up joggin outside and then some strtching in side the hand over pen.

then when i got bac went round the string course with alice for my warm down.
