arthurs seat training race! was not realling too great and tired but went out for technical stuff! was fine but hate how they always take us to the stupid hill beside the pond, there is not need cause it's rubbish over there!! ow well had fun going down this wee path but then fell in the gorse and prickled all my bum and my hand.

edinburgh street race! was such a nice course and felt really happy running round but just couldn't make my legs go anyfast , i was steady but not fast. start speed work soonish!

on study leave so went for a run in the daylight :D it was soo nice. started off round the waterworks and then off up to mugdock. think i pullled a muscle in my bum last nihgt at hokcey so didn't go as far as i wanted to!

murray is on holiday so chris was taking us! he may be a bloody good goalie but he's pretty shit out feild! wasn't too bad a session but everyone was pretty annoyed with him at the end! worked on 2 v 1's and pressure!

wildcats training. did short fitness with 1st to begin with and then team training after. only did 10 50's but was good because gussie was right beside me pussing me along. it's hard to biuld up speed over such a short distance. then we did shooting and a small game.

really pointless training. only 8 of us and to be honest i've hind of given up only school hockey just go for the banter now. we did a bit of attacking work but it's hard to be motivated when the wind and rain is driving horizontal in your face.

match agianst lomond. was lost 4-1 but it was a good game. eliza (have you had ur breakfast) is def not as gd as she used to be, not so skilled. got pased her most times and easy to tackle. such good laughs though, not laughed so much in ages!

pitch comletely frozen so ian decided it was a good time for fitness.
did 6 sets of the diagonals sprint jog sprint jog

then we did continous for 6 mins at but my normal which for everyone else was a tade fats after their xmas endulance.
then we just mucked around keeping warm. sprints fast tag and stuff dribbling

First o event of the year and felt v v good eventhough i couldn't feel my arms or my nose and my eyelashes froze! missed out 5-6-7 on the second map but did 2 extra on the the first, it was a very confusing course.

new years walk down to loch morlich to play on the ice. afew close calles when about 10 of us stood together but so much fun. lots of slides and falls but i won the bet with rowan! he sliped first.
