Hockey 2:00:00 [3]

first we had school training. first one of the sesson pretty boring but good to get the team together.

then had wildcats training after fitness , only about 6 of us with smartie and then the rest were with chris.

Circuits 45:00 [4]

fitness with the 1st XI.
we did 25 metre at 100% and then 10 press ups * 6 with 3 mins recovry
20 20 core exercises * 6
15 10 squat jumps * 6

then a warm down round the pitch

me and mum walked from the stables into kirky to the festivala nd then back again! was such a nice day v hot and the sun was shining

First match of the school season against jordanhill! lost 2-1 but played pretty well i thought. not had any proper team training yet so should b good next weekend!

me , mum and jenny went for a wee ride out to balmore and then along the canal to westerton and then got the train bac home. was a good route never done it before.

didn't realise i was actually playing but yeh was fun. became a celtic fan for the night. played not too bad comsidering i'm pretty crap! didn't score tho! gutted!

went round to catriona's house but she had completely forgoted so just went for a quick run round the moors as was wet! then went bac and did a bit of strenght work!

went down to new house / barn in borders!
spent the day traipsing about with biths of wood clearing up the ground and the chopping down nettles and gorse bushes and shifting stones!!
i found muscles i didn't know i had!!

First day back after the holiday and feeling ok! a bit less flexible but not too bad! got to keep up the stretching!

Just went for a light run with hollie along the river to dobbies and back!

PLayed in Hockey tournament at the High school!
4 games 25mins each one way, very intense!! but good to see everyone again!

Me and jenny went for a cycle up to the lynne caves and past the teepee man! haha! then i cycled her home!!
