s+c 20:00 [3]

stretching, core and plyo work

went to the chiropractor again, new guys as woman was on holiday! I'm not broken, I just need to become a stretching, rolling and straight-sitting goddess. Many little things are still slightly off and leading to lots of tightness all the time but shouldn't be long now :) :)

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 6.0 km (8:20 / km)

Test race long. Went out after the last starter. Took 1 +2 as I would have in a race minus the warm up, going well just stopping too short on both. then took 12-13 ,6-7 and then home. Nice to be out.

Running 40:00 [3]

round ww

NOTE

went to see the chiropractor today for the first time. Good to have a physio who knows they don't feel confident and to try get help from somewhere else. She said a lot of stuff that i didn't understand but whet I did understand is that my hip bones don't really move at all, and they have tilted to compensate. When she pushed down on my psoas, which was mighty painful, I couldn't move my leg. A lot of stuff if going on mostly on the left side. Going to film myself running see if there is anything to be learnt, running on grass/terrain for the next while, major psoas stretch and ice!
