GORGEOUS!!! Me and Therese, out in the sun, must be at least 14 degrees!
Around most of the blue trail, some lush areas to be explored, drank from a spring, climbs to the top of the tower, could see over 60km to the snowy mountains, saw some snakes basking in the sun. The came home and spent the rest of the day in the sun shine! day couldn't get much better :)

Norwegian Spring long,
Man it felt long, used to this length on culbin or something but not typical scandi terrain, satisfied with Nav, think GPS actually helped with concentration, Slightly off on the way to 5 and got myself unnecessarily confused so stopped and got back on track. A little messy in the butterfly, then big poop at 18 but so glad to be back.

out on the trails, got a little worried at some points as my circular trail did not seem to be ending btu found my way

Was meant to be running NM night, but since I have to run as a guest I would have to start 30 mins after the girls, so would be alone and think the experience is about the mass start and running with them. Also it was cold and wet and think if I had gone out I would have seen the first leg and just turned around.
Was really good to watch though.Big screen, gps, inside a big sports hall :)

EM test sprint in Olso,
Felling much better than last weekend, and got into the map. bad route choice at the end and missed the 'gate' which was a whole in a fence behind a shed on long leg.
2.16 down on bækkelagets girls, lost 20 secs overall but just not on the pace.

Not much time, as had to pack all my stuff and move to a new house :)
So just planned a short interval with some drills but all day I had a pain in my left hip and when i started it didnæt get any better, ended up walk most of it with some experimental stretching on the grass. have to see how it goes

need to get used to the mapping style as made some major bad route choices, the wood looked lovely, turned out it was ankle braking heaven, think they had just blown up the forest map for this bit. Didn't feel too great in general

JK relay,

Kirsten and Jo did great job, went out in the running, 3rd, but Claire just behind. First control and hill felt fine but then from 1-4 I felt awful, sick in the stomach and legs like lead! After that, it got better, less sick but legs still heavy. Finished 4th but lost 5 mins on Claire.

Not much warm up or warm down as was helping then had to get the nplane

JK long,
Couldn't go much worse than yesterday, went out relaxed, got the first few good and confidence up. then missed on 6, compass upp the hill, pretty much walking, then crag and in, but map a bit rubbish and did a little loop of various crags, then saw hollie and another up a bit higher going on. Then tried to keep up with hollie did untill about 10 then lost her on the long leg. finish abit scrapy but on the whole, mentally mre controlled.

JK middle,

still thinking about this one, basically felt good before the start but not really thinknig about racing. messed 1 and 2, then lost confidence. need to mentally prepare more for this situation. bad route choices and although a relatively good end still feeling pretty shit about it

bad route choice on 3, lost time, then missed the underpass i wanted to 13, lost maybe 10-15 secs, then 18 lost maybe 15 again on pure stupidity

usually drills and then warmdown back to to the start to collect clothes. The had to colect SED's training controls so a little bit of extra jogging and experience of true livingston

relay simulation, 3 mass start loops, tough stuff,girls are so smooth and pretty quick! first 2 were good, wasn't last and wasn't just following either, some mistakes by everyone. last loop felt tired so went a bit slower and got it right

not quite as good as the morning, didn't quite get into the map as quickly, some good controls and didn't get put off by others
