elite training with ok kare, area just behind the ski jump hill, forest was beasty, just really enjoyd it, except for the face plant.

long training at Gyllbergen, did up to 5, major parallel error on 3 but lucky came across the lake to sort myself out. hip abit tight so thought i'd probs done enough rather alot of trouble finding the road again tho.

sprint around Jax, kinda council estate and college campus, was pretty gd, but so hot! lost maybe 2 mins on route choice and just being stupid generally.

middle training, just kind of getting in to the map, Amsberg. made a nice big dent in my shin which was really wierd.

JUKOLa, 2nd leg, scotland 1, jess me haze hol. felt pretty good, went out just ahead of kristin but we did first 2 controls together, messed up 2, just careless map contact then we had different gaffle and it was good from then on. maybe should have stayed high out of the marsh on 6 but other than that pretty happy, maybe lost a minute deff.
