Worls schools friendship relay!
me, Fab 9italian and Sonia (spanish)
we had a really good plan but fab forgot to tell me he had fallen off his motor bike and couldn't run and then then he forgot to get one of his controls but ahh well!!
so sad it's all over!

Worls schools middle distance race, Barr woodRace went ok 2 30 secs to a min mistakes but legs feeling very heavy and tired. swedish girl caught me up 2 mins at control 6 and she got away at control 9. just kept it steady till the end after that.

a good corse well planned. was going well only a wee mistake at no 4 but then made about a 3 min mistake a 8. just lost my concentration and misjudged difficulty of leg. came in 9th over all and couls have been 6th without bid mistake!

run up cochno filters with CLYDE.
ran all the way to the top but died at the top and had to take it slowly down. Just feeling really tired, was a bit annoyed with myself though, i could have done better. ahh well!

British sprint champs qualifier and final.
Was aiming for A final but thought realistically B. Ran well in first race caugh Anwen, didn't want any mistakes but felt very slow.
Final was good, again didn't feel fit but run was clean and i happy with my result!

British middle champs
Race was fun, really enjoyed myself which is always gd.
hit most controls well always having attack point only 2 wee mistakes. Alice B caught me up tried to use her, kept with her for 10 or so controls which was good but died towards the end just didn't have enought energy!

hollie felt sick so we had to do extra long warm up acroos bridge and back.
then just jogged home and stretched off.
