Down Inch Park, long warm up, mega drills, stretching, then 10x~200, basically long intervals hurt my back, so working on leg turn over form and a little speed. going to try build this up, then some core in the sun before going home

BUC's relay, Velina going great on 1st leg, and the Katie doingd amazingly well considering her state in the hours previous. Back was feeling good and was with Florence for the first fair bit, then missed on 6, just got a bit flustered then could see Anwen and Bry, then jsut a matter of going till the end!

Very very easy paced run with Chloe, Kristian, JP and a few others. Feeling so bad today, last nights extremes of hot and cold have done nothing for the runny nose I had been supporting. Throat sore, nose blocked and sore head. Not feeling up to very much.

3 loops on Shooting Greens.
Never been to this part of the map before, quite a good little technical area. First loop not full concentration but next down hill loop and last one round the bottom half felt quite good. Back noticeably sore at the end

Training behind Aboyne, Back stiffened up but kind of seemed to ease when runnign and then worse again towards the end. Technically good.

Loved this, FWTN blackford,
Just did the short, felt I could keep the concentration and pace high for this amount successfully, glad also didn't opt for the long as torch ran out at the last control.
