My leg is still sore and I had to put a bandage around it. I run fast to my mothers house because it is her birtday and my aunt came to visit. It was nice seeing them and we ate cake.

From my mothers house I just went to run a bit. After 13 min I turned back to my fathers house.
I played tennis again. It was very nice, but I totally messed up. I lost 1-5. My leg is still sore, but I had to play because the scores need to be in by Frdiay.
We were supposed to do 3 sets of 20x100m with 3min rest in between. I did the first set. Then I did 16x75m and then 14x75m. My leg is sore again, that's why I didn't do everything.
We are training very hard, because we don't have a competition on Wednesday. We did a 2.05km warmup in 12 min. Then we did 5 sets of two 60m, two 140m and two 210m hills and a 400m. And we had to cooldown for 5 min. We were so tired. And this is how the whole week will be. I'm not 100% healed but I feel better.
