Wu - bit of a jog with pete before call-up, then some jogging and drills in the pen.
Wd - jog with pete, bit pathetic to be honest. Then some stretching.

Wd - Jog with Sophie and Kirstin then some more on my own.

Wu - Pretty huuge.
Wd - Went for a decent jog, to calm myself down as i was pretty annoyed at myself for my race. Did lots of stretching too.

JK Sprint - Newcastle.
Fast fast fast! Felt happy with my run, quite hesitant and I wasn't planning ahead, so that probably cost me quite a bit of time.. The results were really close in the end, I ended up 8th. But a minute faster could have gained me 3 places and a minute slower would have dropped me 6.

Wu - Decent warm-up, bit with Kirstin on the warm-up map. Then jogging, drills, stretching etc.
Wd - Jog with Jenny, and some stretching.

Cruisey run round Doune. Started with the FVO posse but me and mum split from them for an easy easy jog, (:


Had fun map-geeking with mum today, we drew each other a course on Kyloe maps then discussed route choices.
