From the Caravan Park to Simpson's Gap and return.
Sealed bike path all the way, winds around low hills and go up over a few. Must have had some WA GST cash to build a very nice path. Lovely scenery with the MacDonald Range towering above the path.
50km seemed like a long ride on the Mountain Bike.

Ormiston Gorge Pound walk, what a delightful place and trail.
Had to wade through the creek three times at the end of the Gorge, but was prepared with a dry bag for the camera, phone etc. It was only just over waist deep so the back pack stayed dry. Other people must have picked a different spot to cross as they said it was neck deep. Also some people fell over!

Four short rides in Alice Springs, visited the Pink Botanic Garden and the Telegraph Station as well as had a wander around and through the art shops in the city.
Nice trails all over in Alice as well as true MTB trails which we left for another day.
