Good competitive race though and Laura nearly got EUOC with FVO a fair way ahead.

Happy with that and felt like I had a couple more in me too. As these are new sessions to me I can't really relate to how fast I am but feeling optimistic that I am in a better place than a couple of weeks ago.

Did some strides at the end which the Achilles couldn't handle.
