After being paranoid about my physical health it ended up not being directly the main issues today. Very scrappy navigation and not picking up the required detail on the map meant 4/5 6-12s mistakes.
Quite uncharacteristic and hoping just a symptom of the situation, but plenty of lessons to be learnt. On a positive note I could run at a hard effort and didn't end up in a coughing fit and as of Saturday morning not feeling any worse than before the sprint.
