Still negative and Laura now negative too.

Decided to get out for an easy jog. Paranoid about anything bad feelings/hard of breathing ... but probably more having spent a load of time being lazy over last days or so.

On Friday Laura tested positive for Covid.

Very faint line and she had some very mild generic symptoms for a while but tested negative on Tuesday so we just thought it was something else.

Likelihood is she has had it for a while. I haven't had any obvious symptoms at all in the last couple of weeks and am testing negative so have either had it asymptomatically or got very lucky.
Had some really good training sessions in the last couple of weeks, which is a good sign.

Took a precautionary rest day to do some cleaning/disinfecting around the house and be a personal chef for Laura.
