On Hucknall walkway and small loop of Bestwood country park. Thought it would be a concrete cycle path so pleasantly surprised it was nearly all trail.
Sunshine, new trig and bit of industrial history made for a very enjoyable run.

Note

Really fun Weekend thanks to Ben and Meg and planners.

Generally happy with things at the moment but definitely feel like I'm lacking in the speed department a bit if I want to compete internationally. It is only January though.

Injuries held up okay. Ankle took a beating on Saturday in both areas but came out fairly good and no major Achilles grumbles.
