Nice easy long run with Liam and Fraser on Kinder and then Alport.

Feeling good and nice to explore some more new bits for me. I really didn't get out to the peaks much as a student and then not really beyond the train stations when I did.

Knee was fine, did put some ibuprofen gel on it as was a little sore in the morning.

Front inside of left knee got sore in the last 10 minutes. I think this is the same as at Mountain trial. Hopefully just a reminder to be better with stretching, rolling and prehab exercises as it's been pretty non-existent in the last couple of months.

Rivelin. Feeling horrendous. Stomach starting going about 30min before leaving then a complete lack of energy about 10min in. Did some walking on the way back.
