British Sprints Quali

Tried to just cruise and keep it safe. Made the orienteering a bit messy, trying to do things like check codes that I never normally do.
40s down which seems like a fairly successful outing.

British Sprint Final

Aim was to just go aggressive and try and keep it together. The final had a few more blocks and offset alleys so it was a bit more technical and I loved it. Suits me to an absolute T.
Held it together the whole way round and was surprised to reach the end so quickly as didn't really feel tired. Not sure it was possible to put down much more effort though and still be as quick.

Really happy with the result as Chris and Nathan have shown they were in good form this year and nice to know I still got the agility/speed and map skills to compete.

British Sprint Relay Champs 3rd Leg.

Nice running by Kim and Euan went out in 6th I think. Super fun estate but very slippy. Keeping it smooth in the estate and was pretty sure I had overtaken everyone. Saw Shminty behind a couple of times. Still kept pushing through the easy last section as no idea who else was running and how broken Laura was.

Ended up being a very comfortable win and a really nice start with SYO and also getting to run with Laura was cool.

Now got a senior medal in all (foot) disciplines. Only bronze and silver in long and relay though but I do have a shocking attendance at them so maybe in the future.
