Industrial triangle session

2 lap tempo (3:30) 8 x ~600m (75s).
Tempo fairly relaxed at 3:21s then the 600s alternated slightly uphill and downhill. No idea what the wind was doing. It felt like constant head but suspect it was more a cross wind.

Downs 1:47.5, 46.8, 48.5, 46.9.

Really happy with another good session under the belt.
