SYO City Race.

The club kindly put on a sprint alongside the urban so was happy to run that. Good fun, nice courses and managed to avoid most the traffic and pedestrians which is ideal. Feeling pretty tired/sore from yesterday and also lost some chunks of time but predominantly from misreading the 1:5000 map and just being blind and not seeing the controls despite being in the right place.

Same session as 15th May except this time got 5min instead of 3 between sets.

Session started to bite at the end of the second set. Happy to see a similar average pace to last time, with the effects of Ennerdale still hanging around.
