Nice adventure round the reservoirs with Laura. A fair bit of hike a bike to get over the first hill but otherwise pretty rideable.

A double spotting of Ben Connor, Ross Millington(?) and Lily Partridge round the reservoirs was pretty cool to see also.

Sprint training at Walkley. Took a map from an urban race a few years ago. Split it into 5 sections with 90s rest in-between.

Found it a bit of a grind with the hills and was annoyingly a bit lazy with my technique.
