Achilles is not noticeable when running but sore when not. This is opposite to the initial problem. Unsure what is worse.

Fun bit of night-o on Chailey Common. Part of the SO GPS league. CBA with maprun though so self verifying I was at the right place.

Taking it easy to steady. Achilles good running a bit sore throughout the day at times.

Lovely winters day so decided to head onto the downs. Round to Lewes mostly on road then up onto the top for the return. Good fun and not as steep as I thought it would be and all easily cyclable. Might of been better doing it with the tailwind on top but fun regardless.
I believe I also went to my first ever trigpoints on a bike in this country too.
