Staying on grass and flat. Bit muddier than ideal though. Achilles bad for first few min then eased up before aching at the end a little.
Ran fairly quick as otherwise I over-analyse it and feel like a giraffe trying to run.

Silly idea but a very fun run along the SDW from Falmer to just before Alfriston with Laura. Perfect day for it and views for miles.
Achilles was okay. Definitely not up for this but never felt like I was being too stupid.

Fun on the lanes and then finding some mud on the bridleways. Great fun. Not doing too much cycling as the bike is not a great fit and would rather not pick up other injuries.
