Jogged round a maprun at Tilgate. A lot of logging occurring on the south side of the motorway was not ideal but a nice run and generally it avoided the worst of the bracken.

5x~2.1k (75s).

An old crop field got transformed into a nice wild meadow with grass tracks. Just over 1k a lap on a slope so about 15m climb and a little bumpy underfoot.

Feeling a bit grim but ground them out well enough all around 7min. I alternated ACW, CW and the ACW reps were all 70m shorter thanks to a Garmin on the left hand. Shows how unreliable they can be in loops.

Lovely easy run on the downs and Friston forest. I've had considerably worse DOMS but today wins for most widespread DOMS. Pretty much everything is sore especially hips and shoulders.
