Went in a car for the first time in 5 weeks! Dropped off at Oakleigh St and ran back with Laura. Wild conditions with the wind and the rain was fun.

Note

Got bored and starting playing around with my AP data. Stats subject to incompetence by producer. Decided on some 7 day totals as we all love weekly mileage but it sucks when you put in a good week Wed to Tue and so it doesn't show up.

Furthest distance run in 7 days -- 111 miles (178.6k) -- 17/02/2018 - 23/02/18
Training camp in Spain.

Most Climb in 7 days -- 6910m -- 12/07/17 -- 18/07/17
Mamores with Liam after a hilly week beforehand. A close 2nd was a week starting with the Mamores run and finishing with Ben Alder Munro's with Murray.

If anybody has any other ideas for pointless stats worth getting I'm open for business. Can even do other people's data if they want and if it isn't too messy. I'm no Andrew Samson though so don't expect, punctual or even correct results.

Steady long run. Fancied heading to the hills so hit up the firebreaks on the east side of the valley. Mostly new route and should have taken phone as got a bit confused at times. Descent turned out to be super steep and technical, fun but not ideal for steady. Last 10k was a grind and Stokes Valley was a lot longer than I thought.
One new trig at 13k.
