Urban at Kings Hill near Tonbridge.

Did 15min hard, 10min cruise, 15min hard (bit longer at the end as was so close to finish).

Area and planning was actually very good with some nice long legs. Mapping was a bit iffy with alleys being too small occasionally which made it quite hard to spot all the routes.

Felt pretty tired as went a bit too hard yesterday through enjoyment.

SOG round Pashley. Just jogging round, very easy o but good fun nonetheless.

Then straight into a long run round beachy head and managed about 4 sisters before turning back. Felt awesome to begin with and knew I had a tailwind but tried to push the hills down and up to hurt those muscles a bit. Ended up dying on the way back not helped by footpaths disappearing into rutted fields.

Thought I had overcooked it after the first couple as I was struggling a lot but managed to hold it together. One of the fastest sessions I have ever done though and hoping for a couple more before China.

Street o on a map flipped about the N-S axis. Great fun and very confusing. Got a system that worked easy on straight roads but windy roads were tough.
