Note

A very enjoyable weekend at Sprint Scotland and thanks to all involved. Cheered me up a bit after last last weekend and happy my calf that was sore survived so back with some more racing hopefully. Also good to see i'm still fairly competitive so keen for some elite orienteering later in the year and into 2020.

Sprint Scotland Bo'ness -- Race 3

Another very fun race. A few good route-choice legs as well as the standard alleyway sprinting. Lacking the speed to contend today on the faster running bits. Orienteering mostly pretty good though.

An amazing area and great planning. Happy to see I am still pretty good at the housing estate orienteering. Blew it on a long route-choice to 11 though losing 15sec or so.

Most fun race I've done in a while.
