6x5(90s) on meadows. Just aiming for 3:20s and hoping it wouldn't be overly taxing. First four were a breeze then had to work fairly hard on five and six but happy to get it done without problems.

HFW skirting the Pentlands. Very windy made for some tough running in respect of going against the wind in first 25min then trying to move my legs fast enough to keep up with the gusts round Capelaw. Good fun.

Easy after gym. Feeling good but not surprised. I don't know why but I always seem to feel good the day of getting back from comps. It is normally shortlived though so not going to get fooled this time into thinking I can go hard soon.
