Fun little Holiday with Laura on the Northumberland coastal path.

Carried a heavyish bag with some clothes and all our food. Legs felt a bit heavy the whole time. Did some bits of walking on top of the running so fair amount of time on feet training.

Treadhill Session.

On a mini running holiday with Laura at the weekend and no time for a session so got another one in for 4 in 6 days. Treadhill to protect hamstrings.

6x3:30(90) 12km/h@12%.

Bit of a grind but feeling okay. Never totally dying. WU outside then WD @14km/h on treadmill as our shower is OOB atm so stayed in gym.

10x400(30s) then 5x200(~2min).

On my Tod for the 400's as others tapering for XC. The Meadowbank wall of wind returned today making the back straight very grim. To begin with 30s felt okay until about 6 or 7 when it felt more like 10sec. Happy to keep consistency. Then jumped in with Carcas for some 200's. Still had lactate but the wall of tailwind helped with some nice times.

With Will. Tried to start off a bit easier but still struggled from 4-6. Not helped by a dodgy stomach. Nice calm evening though helped for some good paces.

Planning to move to meadows at some point before Christmas for a bit of speed over strength but not sure when.
