Long run at the rarely used intensity 3 on attackpoint. Tried to keep up a good pace and kept it fairly flat. Feeling okay just some struggling on any uphills at the end.

My toe really hurt after O yesterday under the nail and hurt a lot in the night but put some ibuprofen gel on it and was fairly painfree.

Meadowmill track with Peter and Carcas. I lead 0% of the reps.

(300,300,600,300,300,600) x2 [90,2:30,5:00] and a few very short hills at the end.

During this felt horrible yet in hindsight I did okay. Most the bad feelings were due to Carcas dropping me like a stone. Times not really consistent. 300s from 46-49. 600s went 99,101,103, DNF.

Over the winter I intend to do large amounts of speed work like this.

Shadowing Laura on some o-intervals on Whinny. Was okay keeping up on the hilltop but each rep ended with a hill rep and was blowing hard to keep up. She was shifting it some.

Really cool weather with the fog down on the seat and barely a soul in sight.

First and possibly last proper long session. Picked a "nice" loop around Craigmillar with plenty of wiggles and undulations.

Feeling okay on first one. Stomach struggled on second one and then I went a bit wobbly on the third one but pushed on well.
