Hungarian WOC test.

Thankfully weather cooled and even got a torrential downpour for the last 15min which made things challeging. Set off well and quickly found it was very hard looking for vague features on large slopes. One bigish miss at one of these controls and then took a round route on paths to 14 but missed the right path (as did Peter) and the subsequent route was horrid so lost quite a lot of time. Then just took it fairly easy on the way in. Good fun.

Orienteering session in town. Corridor followed by a course. Had the joys of live tracking so everyone got to see me bail to princes mall as I needed the toilet. Just trodded back after that as was feeling quite tired and not feeling great.

A few added walls and OOB made it quite challenging at the beginning.

EUOC TT. 13:41

WU with Laura round the meadows feeling very ploddish after being in talks 8:30 till 6 at work. Got home too late to get a WU in before the meadows mile but wanted something fast but not intervals.
Aim was to push on the ups and threshold the flats and fly down. Legs felt okay but really couldn't breathe properly. Last hill seemed to finish earlier than I thought so didn't sprint the flat bit enough. Enough to beat Nixon and the undergrads so all is good for now. MFD next.

It will hopefully get on Strava soon.

Illness pretty much gone. Just the odd sneezing fit and slightly blocked nose. A rest day just to be sure and recover from the weekend.
