Long run with Harrison Park group.
Woke up at 7 to eat breakfast and spent 35min on the toilet struggling. Managed to eat something and get out but was quite worried. Turned out okay minus the last 15min which were pretty sketchy.
Got dropped on bits but generally felt pretty good.
Windy and then the last bit on the canal was awful weather and was getting a bit cold.

What a disgusting day. Rainy, windy and some leafy footpaths. Was great fun though. A lot hillier than I was expecting but made it a good race. Set off fairly steady and tried to power on. Feeling pretty happy at these paces. Time to get quicker
