Unfortunately a headwind up the exposed hill meant for a slow time.
Just chased after James Turner (ex Ambleside) who ran 15:30 on wed. Finished 10sec behind.

Back in shef for graduation so took the family out to Mam tor where me, dad and Laura went running. We parked on the broken road then ran up, along towards Brown Knoll then down in the valley and back up. Was perfect weather for running with the clag down making it eerie. Bit slippy in trainers at times
