Hallamshire session at Hillsborough park. 5x1.2k loop few hills and bends and feeling good. Cracking consistency too. Even though the last couple of reps felt a lot harder. In a good groove atm and hoping to stay here for a while.
Bumped into Rachael on the way home after crawling up the hill so had a nice chat.

My legs were hurting but the fatigue was gone and as soon as I set off felt fine. Horton had 20m on me by 300m and this stayed for the next 7k (3rd was a long way back from the start). Then he had more speed than me after the bridge and won by a good 20 seconds or so.
