Intervals with Bertie. Weather changed from hail to sun and gusty wind. Tough at times. I did 2k(80) 1k(long recovery as Bertie got really confused cause he ran 1100m and couldn't work out what was happening) Then a 400 as was feeling really tired. Finished with a k of stride straights jogs bends.
Finished off with bus driver going the wrong way with only me and Bertie on the bus then taking us on a tour of the city centre while shouting apologies at us
