(injured)

Wed night got slightly drunk went out jumped off a wall landed on my heel.
Went to hospital yesterday not broken but badly bruised and soft tissue damage. No running for 3-4 weeks.

Good group the first 2 were steady then Tobin's lil bro turned up and they went head to head so was pushing hard to stay with them.
