Just cruising round and really enjoying myself. A great area using different types of oing. Made a few mistakes but generally pretty good.

Coniston Fell Race

Went intending to race but after 15min when I was dying and quite a long way back decided to just pack it in and enjoy myself and cruise round. I knew it was unlikely I would be feeling great after last 6 weeks. Need to get a good training block in the next 6 weeks so didn't want to delay it by another week racing hard here.

Noone else turned up to hills just just did session solo.
I wanted to run fast on small incline so went to crookes park and did a loop which was flat then had hill at the end. Then recovery down Mushroom Lane.
Meant to do at least 10min hard but was aching a bit still after the weekend
So just did 4x600m. Fast pace though considering the hill. See what I can manage on Saturday.

Col de Buc "Hill" Session. More like an incline but was definitely uphill.

Set off sensibly and managed to hold the pace despite being knackered
