Well this was rather a long way and very fast. Kept to my plan of straight is great and generally working okay. Very tight calves which hurt a bit but not too bad. Probably lost 2min in mistakes just here and there. Felt good through spectator then started dying drastically and lost 2min to Murray+Schminty in the last 25min on mostly pure running. But really happy with how it went and enjoyed it immensely nothing like a good long race

So rest day and managed to get in to see Dave in the evening. Felt it was just tight/small pull in hamstring but nothing wrong internally in the knee.
