Harvester relays last leg on Junior team. Went out about 17min after SYO with Will G apparently 2 min behind nice area massive confusing path network so simplify and nail it ran well and saw SYO runner ahead 3 controls from the end nailed it on different route choice but saw him mess up so didnt' have to push too hard on run in at least. Nice Harvester victory not the most competitive race around though

Just checking control sites for event on 17th lots of stopping at sites to check only timed the running inbetween

After oing went to this running club dad wanted to run with and did there jog but so many slow people was running quite slowly and regularly stopping nice route though. Most tiring is been on legs for 3 hours this evening most of it waiting for people to catch up and checking sites

Out sprint training at the sussex uni. Was rather familiar with the area after last year but did some technical reps in intricate areas with high density of controls and making sure on planning ahead. New shoes came and they feel quite nice. 4 reps of about 3 minutes each

Supposed to be a recovery jog but feeling quite tired think i was just a bit dehydrated but a higher hr than intended

Elle fartlek session did it round this loop so had some stiles and hills to negotiate.
2x90 4x60 4x30 5x15 with equal float recovery. On average running 4:45 for recoveries so maybe a little bit slow but not too far off.
