down to woodbourn road and then back to station going a bit too fast always seem to in rain and hr very high despite not feeling too bad in legs

5x600m was meant to be 6 but was struggling and getting slower so called it at 5 after weekend not too surprised but good to get some speed in. 2min 200m jog recovery

Easy jogga viaa tescos. Struggled up hill with ~5kg bag otherwise legs good Still a bit blocked up

This went badly right from no.1 just didnt really get into it and in totally wrong mindset was a incredible area and loved the race though doing alright for bits but generally just having a plod round and missing seconds and occasionally minutes in places. Overall a really enjoyable weekend and good to get away from sheffield after exams. I know I can easily get back on track before JWOC.

Note

Walked round the mens course at beginning following decreasing bib numbers. Not too disappointed to not do it seemed fair bit of dead running.
