Went oing in eccy woods took a harvester map and split the course in 2 and tried to run them at middle distance pace was a bit slower. Weather was fowl constant rain and snow and hands got seriously cold so struggled to use compass at end. But otherwise wasn't too bad not planning ahead enough though.

easy headtorch run just only one of us bought a headtorch wasnt too dark though. Feeling comfortable which is nice been worried i've been overdoing it recently taking another easy day tomorrow then last stretch before selection races coming up
