SPOOK relays was really good little courses on burbage mines thanks the dougnut daddy. Apart from no.1 on my first loop found it not too hard as understood the map and was running well and had to make up for crippled and ill malley.

SYO v SHUOC at weston park. Not really on the ball with the whole sprint orienteering then went 6-10-11 halfway to 12 before going back to 7. Would have been like 40 sec down on kris if not that mess up
