JHI relay went out with will and finlay dropped them on the cross country bit. Then just pulled ahead was messy in the woods though lost a couple of min maybe. Was good to win again though. 1,2,3 in both mens and womens and uttter domination by england over the weekend was good to see

Just felt it a little bit fri morning then after race and on sat evening just felt dead and couldnt do anything and not so good sunday either. so easy week for me.

JHI individual. Was a physically tough area but technical enough that it wasnt boring apart from a couple of legs which seemed pointless. Running quite well but not at best good victory though

went for run round rivelin got little bit lost but wasnt really trying to go anywhere so was all good. really nice down in the valley though.
