24c shoes: VJ integrator pair 4

a lot easier today went off hard as knew it was only a 60min race running well but struggled after 40min then really got tired and thats when mistakes came two 60 sec + mistakes at 19 and 20 which were just annoying and blew my chances of that one good race i needed. Crazy finish though me and duncan destroying the descents

again a really bad start no.2 and 4 losing time just being lazy then when jamie was behind me starting navigationg properly and doing a lot better. Then towards the end made some more mistakes with poor map to ground visualisation. Physically a bit tired

shocking start to the race and got no grip so could never get running had some good parts in the race but altogether should have been 40 sec quicker.

training sprint race then added on jog and some drills to loosen up

ass hurt like hell on downhills something is tight think it is top of itb. Get stretching and rolling.
Oh and wtf at boston marathon crazy stuff
