Great area was a 8k sprint course unfortunately ran off a bit too fast. Then it hit me later. Made some shocking navigational areas though which are non excusable just didnt see walls on map and need to be more meticulous with reading descriptions and know exactly where each control is. Had a couple of coughing fits but not too shabby prob not at full speed. Pete did 48.45 which was great stuff hope for some good relay teams for the future.
