Running race 18:26 [5] 4.88 km (3:47 / km) +80m 3:29 / km

Final xc race of the season unless i end up going to national schools.
Felt a bit weezy and two bonfires out on the course didnt help. Was a nice course two laps of a playing field to start off and i was a bit behind the pack then a long hill were i overtook a few people then a long downhill which i kicked but couldnt quite overtake brighton person in front. Won team gold though.

Happy with the consistency of it.

Make sure i run up the whole hill it is like 700m at like 15% then take it easy down and then another hill at end not hard just make sure i run it all.
