shoes: VJ Integrator

green at ybt. Just fast and furious not very interesting and knew area pretty well so felt confident just running straight and hard. Was nice to win the green. Club came 4th though overall not too good.

did some aqua jogging definitely the most retarded thing ever. but was quite fun none the less

swim circuits so swim a length then do like 10 pressups
did a total off 500m swimming
50 pressups
50 squat type things
75 crunches
50 tricep dips

Running 1:01:34 [2] 12.58 km (4:54 / km) +50m 4:48 / km

wasnt really long enough but hamstrings have been hurting despite lots of stretching so decided to keep it easy

did this after interval session
