very boring ybt qualifier nice area for running but oing was just run on compass to depression. running in middle of like a race was near front so pushing it with these athletes

had no grip and came off a hill quite badly and hit my knee so just jogged round second half.

run from college with 4kg on my back went up steep side of hill which will probably be steeper than most hills on omm.

Felt like a very manly session. In gym for 1:45 started off with like 50 people and went down to me and one other guy who im training with. Feel pretty ripped now and tired
