still felt tired and struggled a bit physically technically made a few mistakes on northern section of map lost about 2min overall

sussex champs at stanmer after a k lap was in about 25th then for the next 4k half of it uphill i didnt get overtaken ended up in 11th or 12th with a nice sprint finish got the better of track runners going up the hill.
